Bovis Family Greek Groves is a family-owned agricultural business with a long tradition that goes back several decades.

The first and second generations of the Bovis family, just before and after World War II, laid the foundations for the family's first farms with care, passion, and love for the land.

The third generation of the Bovis family (Athanasios & Ourania, Tom & Lauren Bovis), after completing their business studies in Greece and the United States respectively, took over in 2005 with a vision: to revive the family’s traditional olive cultivation and expand the historic groves.

In 2018, the fourth generation took over the family business. Stasinos Bovis, a graduate of the School of Management and Economics, assumed full responsibility for managing and growing the company.

The fourth generation, building on the culture and experience of previous generations, combines scientific knowledge and technological advancements to collaborate with passionate and skilled professionals. These experts bring both craftsmanship and science to the cultivation and pruning of the olive trees, as well as care and love to the harvest of the olives and the production of our precious extra virgin olive oil and the renowned Kalamata olives.

Our products are also exported to Rhode Island, USA, where they are used in restaurants operated by the extended Bovis family and are also available there for retail in packaged form.

Our ongoing education and close attention to scientific developments allow us to look to both the present and the future with confidence and optimism.

Through specialized seminars, we gain knowledge and experience to transform our olive groves into visitor-friendly destinations. Our goal is to introduce people from around the world to the culture of olive oil and edible olives, while also offering hands-on training opportunities for Young Farmers.
